POOLVER SAN GIORGIO POOLVER SAN GIORGIO is in a position to supply a wide range of thermosetting powder coatings, on specific request from the customer. Any information pertaining to identification of the characteristics of the product is conveyed, by means of a fairly strict pattern, from the customer to the laboratory where the planning and formula are elaborated.
Every single aspect is carefully studied: colour - effect - granulometry - electric charge - chemical and mechanical resistance. In the transfer of the formula from laboratory to production nothing is left to chance. On the work chart, besides the formula, also all testing data is recorded as well as that referring to the running of the equipment in the different stages of manufacture.
All these parameters are variable from one product to the other, and this procedure is followed for each of the upwards of 5000 powder coatings that are coded. The system consents the manufacture of products with quality standards that can be reproduced at any time. It also makes it possible with the greatest of case to transfer POOLVER SAN GIORGIO technology to other production sites.
The technical work is completed by documentary evidence accompanying each product: technical sheet - safety sheet - test certificate, besides the test plate for each individual batch.
Production is divided into several series of items that are different one from the other in their technical characteristics, and each of them can be reproduced in all the shades of colour and different surface effects: SMOOTH MIRROR EFFECT (gloss, semi-gloss, semi-matt, matt), RAISED EFFECT (embossed, orange peel, satiny, hammered, puckered), METALLIC EFFECT (metallized, mica effect, pearly, glitter sparkle), POLICHROMATIC EFFECT (multicolor, maxicolor), COLOR EFFECT (fluorescent, transparent tinted).
All colours are supplied non-toxic without T.G.I.C. and heavy metals. In brief the POOLVER SAN GIORGIO philosophy can be summed up in a single sentence: "OUR PRODUCTS REFLECT OUR CLIENTS' REAL NEEDS".
