:: We are giving particular attention to special-effect products presenting difficulties in production and we can boast the technical skill for the production of any special effect in use in the powder coatings market. Our multi-stage processing system guarantees consistent results even on products treated with mica and powdered metals.
:: We pursue a total quality philosophy and our continuous technological development has led to the Certification of System (ISO 9001 No. 50, 100, 2186) and of Product (Qualicoat for aluminium painting No. P-0438 - Rina by virtue of the reduced spreading of flame in surface treatments of ships No. A1/3.18).
:: We have a strict production system with examine all the important parameters of every single batch (colour - effect - granulometry - electric charge - chemical and mechanical resistance). This system allows the manufacture of products with quality standards that can be reproduced at any time, both for the standard products and for the specific formulations of a single customer. Each batch of production is completed by documentary evidence accompanying each product: technical sheet - safety sheet - test certificate.
:: We have a broad range of products and each of them can be reproduced in all the shades of colour and different surface effects. All colours are supplied non-toxic without T.G.I.C. and heavy metals.
:: We are organized to give the best service to our customers, with a considerable number of products that are always stocked on band; we are also prepared to keep in stock at our warehouse the customer's quarterly requirement, for monthly supply, and re-stocking when minimum stock are reached.
